Land Use Acknowledgement

As Will enters the traditional territory of the Inuvialuit people, he offers the following in recognition of the people and their stewardship of their lands.

I would like to begin by acknowledging that I am travelling on the lands of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, established by the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. I pay my respects to the Inuvialuit ancestors and Elders who have cared for these lands, waters, and ice since time immemorial.
