Partnering with Summit Academy
Summit Academy’s mission is to empower individuals to develop their ability to earn and to become contributing citizens in their communities, as well as economic drivers of the State of Minnesota.
In partnership with the Steger Center, Summit Academy has co-developed a certified, on-the-job training program based at the Center.
Rooted in the Master-Apprentice model, the program offers a 3:1 student-to-instructor ratio and emphasizes deep mentorship.
Through hands-on, applied learning guided by master instructors, students/apprentices gain responsibility for every stage of the process.
This approach not only builds practical skills, but also fosters self-belief and confidence in what they are capable of achieving.
